I want to send a friend on a (day) course to make a pork pie. Preferably within reach of London!

Yuk, i worked at a company that dealt with selling the big vats that pork pies are made in. One of the sales guys went for a demo on a new m/c and he vomitted when he saw what went in the mixture, its all of the pigs ears, toe nails any old left over bits of skin. He would never eat them again after that. What an odd course to send someone on!

I know its a bit out of the way, but try Wigan, they're full of pie eaters there, so they'll tell you!
