You need the Adobe Acrobat Standard or Adobe Acrobat Professional in order to edit PDF files. These two versions are not free. You need to pay for them. Please go to this page for the pricing information.

You can also copy the text and paste it in a Word document, then edit it. But it will then stay a Word doc - you won't be able to put it back into Adobe. Otherwise purchase the full version of Adobe.
