Maybe try writing it down then throwing it away, exercise, clean out a closet or refrigerator, go shopping or read the jokes under entertainment most are stupid but they will make you smile. GOOD LUCK. I'm sorry you feel down.

Keep a journal. Find a good therapistl. Focus on how angry I am because anger is a better aura to project for a vulnerable man in America than sadness is. America's kind of brutal that way.

Journal your feelings especially late at night with no distractions the feelings can flow.
What do I do?
Write those e-mails that I've been meaning to write.
Goof off on the computer.
When happy, make a list of things that make you smile or laugh then use it when you're not feeling good. It's easier to think that way when feeling good.

Get on the internet, look for groups that participate in numerous actvities, and join.
I don't know where you live, but in Seattle, where I live, there is a group called the Mountaineers. I am not a member, but I know alot of people who have been involved over the past years.
Here is a link to their website: http://mountaineers.org/
Good luck.

I think of my favorite things that make me feel better. I havea fascination with Ancient Egyptians and when I am sad I think about that or my animals at home who make me laugh or comfort me when needed and then I feel better. That is usually what I do when no one is around to talk to. It does help. Or sometimes I just sit back and remember happy times whenI was younger doing fun things with friends.

Listen to music or read a magazine to get your mind off of what you are feeling sad about. Exercise.
I know the feeling.

when this problem happens with me i would take a walk in the park taking deep breaths than come to home and watch a funny show on t.v which would make me laugh...and yeah strong willingness is also a factor keep a strong willingness of not letting sad thoughts poping up in your mind...

I listen to music. I sing with Mariah Carey and Vanessa Carlton and whoever else I look up to and is on my mp3 player. It usually helps but sometimes it doesn't. Good luck.

God is the source of joy and peace.
In the Beginning God created heavens and earth.
God gives you air to breathe and sunshine to enjoy.
God gives you water to drink and food to eat.
God gives you a wonderful body and sound mind, to live.
God loves you, and you are precious to Him.
Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation.
Jesus’ love is boundless and everlasting.
We have the hope of Heaven through Jesus.
Life therefore has fantastic and glorious future!
(Digestion of above can even prevent depression and suicidal thoughts.)
