Ideally, milk for breakfast because you can get the same nutrients as orange juice in an orange and also get the fiber.

I have both. I'm a diabetic and for my breakfast I need 2 carbs,and 1 fruit exchange. So, a cup of cereal with milk and a small glass of OJ fills the bill.

Do both. Have milk in your cereal and drink the orange juice. You have the best of both worlds that way.

definitely orange juice...while milk may have the calcium and certain vitamins for your body, orange juice has more of everything you need for your body to recharge and feel more energized during the day!
