just kidding I think it's a dance thing. I was a dancer for 15 years and I still teach dance and I have a butt and nothing else.

I wasn't born with it but after weeks of therapy for my back i seem to have gained what you would call a j.lo butt
it suck too man becase pants that I used to fit in don't button any more its just because of the butt and the hips I got
it sucks

To tone and tighten your butt: try treadmill on a high incline at a moderate pace.
If your intention is to increase your butt size by consuming fattening food it might backfire (no pun intended) because one can't pick or choose where the fat will be distributed.

Honestly, I think you really have to be born with a tendancy to carry more weight in that area. However, lunges and squats are probably the best exercises to tighten and firm your butt.

she's a dancer. dancers have butts. plus isnt she puerto rican or something? i'm sure that has something to do with it. and no starving yourself, cause that'll just eat away at the butt....
