You've got all kinds of terms jumbled up in there. They're not different marketing agencies. I don't know what you're looking for, so I'll simply define the terms you listed. If you want more, update your question.
Marketing is the entire process of promoting and selling a product or service - it includes everything from the positioning of the product or service in the marketplace to its pricing, distribution, advertising, promotion, etc.
Integrated. When it comes to marketing or advertising, the term "integrated" simply means using a variety of advertising and promotional channels together. For example, an advertiser might run print ads in magazines and outdoor boards to attract attention for the product or service. That same advertiser might then send out direct mail to the most likely prospects in the same geographic area where the print and ooh were running to provide additional information and to generate a response. Finally, that same advertiser would maintain a presence on the web to create a sale or to develop a relationship with a customer. And all of it would have the same design, look and feel so it all feels like it came from the same place.
Creative services is simply the department in an advertising or promotional agency that develops the concept, writes the copy, and produces the materials - whether a print ad, tv spot, ooh billboard, website, brochure, DM, or what have you.
Media are the places the ads run. Television is one medium. OOH is another. The web is yet another. Media is the collective term for any kind of medium. In an ad agency, the media department negotiates the rates and the placement for the ads.
I have no idea what you mean by "sp."
Hope that helped.
