I have found some pretty good recipes at www.allrecipes.com. Now I happen to adore Emeril Lagasse. I watch his show every night. There are some excellent recipes to be found at www.foodnetwork.com both by him and other chefs and members. If I find more recipe links I'll certainly let you know. Hope this helps.
