You should be about 125 - 130. Personally I do not think that a 13 year old needs to be worrying about her weight because your body is still going through many, many changes. If you are not happy with your weight I think that you should discuss it with your mum. How involved are you with sports and do you like excerising. What sorts of food do you enjoy eating, if its junk food maybe you could not eat as much and eat more salads, fruits and vegetables. Over the course of a week why don’t you make a list of everything that you eat and then if you feel that maybe you are eating too many sweets or foods that a high in fat why don’t you make small changes. For example instead of a chips / fries why not have a jacket potato…if you small changes like these you will see a difference.

lets not forget that you are still a growing young adult and that your body is forever changing size, shape and weight. So to be fair you need to give your body till around the age of 15/16 before you start worrying about your weight too much as you stop growing around the age of 18-20. Unfortunately there is alot of pressure out there on young girls such as yourself to be body concious and thin. What these so called 'role models' dont realise is that it has a big effect on the children of today and children as young as 8 & 9 are suffering eating disorders. When yor reach 15/16 and you still feel the same way, seek professional advice from the doctor or a dietician, who will give you healthy ways to help loose weight and/or tone up.

If I were you I'd make sure I was keeping active.
You're growing still so you shouldn't be too worried but if you want to look great keep active and stay away from saturated and trans fats (they're in everything). But before you cut certain things out of your diet, make sure you check your blood type and the way you burn off stuff, and what kind of food you need (blood type). Personally, for my body type I'm vegetarian, and I eat lots of fruits and vegetables. But keep loving yourself, and don't think your too over weight just because you about 20 pounds over

For your age you should weight anywhere between 115 -125 would be perfect for you and not unhealthy. Watch what you eat and get out and move it lol have fun.

Between 100lb and 125lb would be good for your age/height. Up to 140lb would be acceptable for your height, although a little heavy for your age. Just eat well and take part in sports and you will be fine. HTH : )
