Take that time and add it to the time that it will take for that to eat through your enamel and several months after that to form a cavity.

It depends on what you eat, and probably some on genetics, too.

If you eat a lot of sugary food, drink a lot of acidic drinks (like pop, for example) you'll have cavities in no time. And some people just are more resistent to cavities, I think.
