yes, there are a lot, if u gonna get it done, then the docs will telll u all about it and u can take your time to consider.
If your just curious from what i know from my uni assignment, the procedure is invasive (it doesn't just come out in ur period, they need to be retrieved) , and u need to take some super-ovulation drugs. Only do it if she's a really really good friend of yours.

i understand they use fertility meds to promote egg production, poss side effects there.
