Yes. Check out CNN's Report: Seafood faces collapse by 2048
If current trends of overfishing and pollution continue, the populations of just about all seafood face collapse by 2048, a team of ecologists and economists warns in a report in Friday's issue of the journal Science.

yes. wild seafood is being over-fished. it is suspected that most wild seafood will be virtually non-existent by 2048. when this happens, you can bet that the seals, whales and dolphins will die out soon too, as there won't be any food left for them. i wouldn't be surprised if shark attacks increase too, since sharks will probably go in search of food anywhere they can find it. i guess it's probably time to start eating farm raised seafood.

It is a distinct possibility, due to pollution and overfishing. We are at the point where, if pollution is reduced & fishing is limited properly, we can prevent running out of seafood.

I heard that too.. like in 40 years due to overpopulation and overfishing.. but that is what conservation and hatcheries are for. Support your local fisherman and if you live near a warf buy fish there rather than at the supermarket.
