a judgement should have been issued when you won in court. If you're asking how to get her to pay you, you'll have to talk to an attorney to see if you can get it turned over to collections somewhere.

LOL, What you won, was a Judgment, that's all. " Can't squeeze blood from a Turnip" Taking someone to Small Claims Court is just a formality. She was wrong, the Court See's it that way but, there is really now way to get a loser to pay for their mistakes or bad behavior. They may not pay until Hell freezes over and that may be the case. Sorry...That's just how our Justice System works or......doesn't work for us.

Look go through the legal proceedings and find out if they have any assets. If they have a house, or any asset worth much, attorneys can file a lien against the property. If there is a minor involved the parents are responsible. If they do not want to pay the judgement, file a lien against their home if they own it or any other asset they may own.

You have to find out how it is handled in your area.

The court clerk should be able to tell you what forms need to be filed in order to execute on a judgment.

There's the challenge!
If the court didn't give her a deadline, you may have to go back to garnish her wages, or get the money from elsewhere.
