subchondral cysts on humeral head, what has to be done about these and does this signify a disease?

I had an MRI arthrogram because my shoulder is bothering me post surgery of a slap lesion repair and there was numerous clusters of suchondral cysts on the humeral head. How is this treated?

possibly representing simple osteo srthitis, well, complicated osteo arthritis since you have cystic bone changes now, I would see an orthopedic surgeon, or the same person who did the procedure on your shoulder in the first place. I think the big thing would be to consider shoulder replacement if the arthritis remains symptomatic and fails to respond to oral pain management, good luck
