Choose whatever shape pasta you like for instance rotini or maybe butterfly pasta, cook in boiling water until el dente.
While the pasta is cooking, mix up some olive oil, some garlic, onions & whatever other spices that you like, cook for a minute or two in a pan.
Drain the pasta & pour the warm olive oil over the pasta & toss, then eat!

Are you putting eggs in your pasta?? 2 Eggs, white vinegar (1 tbs), then add flour until a thick dough forms. Place in the fridge for 30 mins and roll out. Roll out as thin as you can. Then cut into thin strips.
Hope this is helpful!

Here are three great recipes. Enjoy.
Cottage Pie
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
1 lb. re-hydrated textured soy protein
1 medium onion
Bisto gravy or other vegetarian gravy (approx. 2 cups - depending on taste)
mashed potatoes
Directions:
Rehydrate textured soy protein with vegetable or pretend beef bouillon (I use Kroger brand). Dice onion and sautee in a pan with a small amount of oil. Add textured soy protein. Mix well. Add gravy. Pour in to a small baking dish, top with mashed potatoes. Put it under the broiler until it turns brown on top and voila! Cottage pie!
A cross between Pizza and Lasagne.
4 oz Spaghetti
2 TBSP Margarine
2 Eggs
4 TBSp Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
1 lb re-hydrated textured soy protein

1 can Mushrooms
1/2 cup Green Pepper
1 1/2 cups Spaghetti Sauce
1 TSP Sugar
1 TSP Oregano
1 TSP Garlic
Pepper to taste
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
Cook spaghetti, drain and put into a bowl; add eggs, margarine and parmesan cheese. Mix.
Arrange the above mixture in the bottom and up the sides of a pie plate. Spread cottage cheese over the top.
Saute re-hydrated textured soy protein, onions, green pepper & mushrooms in a fry pan. Stir in the spaghetti sauce and the rest of the ingredients. Pour over the cottage cheese.
Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes, then add the mozzarella cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
