You have a amino acid deficiency, it is Lyciene, Lycinic Acid.

Go to a health food store, pick up a supplement, and also examine your diet for practicality.

In the short run, kill the bacteria infestation with either Listerine, or gargle a mixture of 1 part Campho-Phenique with 25 parts water. i.e., in a small cup of water, add about 5 drops of C.P, and gargle thoroughly.

Campho-Phenique can also be applied directly to the sores, regularly, with a Q-Tip. Very successful this.

Mouth ulcer is a sign that your immune system is low. Drink plenty of waters and eat nutritious foods. You can drink Vitamin C and citrus juices to boost your immune system..

Seriously....not trying to be rude, but brush your teeth very well and then use Listerine mouth wash. It will kill all of the bad germs in your mouth that may be causing these ulcers.
