extra portions of potatoes - not chips, bread and pasta. Try to avoid falling for the chocolate and sweets method, you will get a sweet tooth and will find it difficult stopping the snacking on them once you have gained the weight. This will ensure the weight goes on, but like dieting, at a slow, steady & healthy pace. Good luck

The best way to gain weight is to take in lots of protein so that you gain lean muscle and not fat, I would suggest finding a good protien shake and drink three times per day as snacks or after your normal meal. Stay healthy and stay away from the fatty foods and fast food.

i sorta know how you are feelin. i would kill for an extra 10lb so dont look like a boy but DO NOT start cramming with greasy take aways because believe it or not that doesn't help wait gain. you gotta eat loadsa protein and carbs. just snack a lot. doing this helped me gain 4lb in 5 days. eating junk food just damages your insides. last year i tried this, the only effect was feeling groggy and horrible skin. hope this helps! also try doing some weight training, muscle weighs more than fat and NO you wont look like a body builder

Don't eat more fatty foods. They will muck with your cardiovascular system and liver for life. Eat more healthier foods. And, get your thyroid checked. I am so active that I have to fight to keep weight on, too. I eat lots of extra rice, jellies, melon and sugar candy when I'm getting scrawny.

Lots of cream and meat. Try and stay away from "junk food" though. I'd say that if you put real cream in your coffee, use real butter, eat desserts with real whipped cream on them, eat foods with cream sauces and add meat/pork to your diet, you will gain lots of weight.

Eat something which has high calories and a combination of Carbohydrates and fats. Donuts work well but don't say I didn't warn you.
