You definitely have an allergy to something. Perhaps it is to something that you have eaten. You should go to see your doctor who can refer you to an Allergist. They will be able to run an alergy test on you to see what types of things you are allergic to so that they will better know how to help you.

Do you have a cold? If you do, a cold-and-cough medicine would help. It could be an allergy which needs something stronger than the usual allergy tablets. If it persists, see a doctor, who may recommend an allergy specialist. Keep your nasal passages as clear as possible--try irrigation by steam. An uncleared nose can lead to sneezing--at least that was my experience. When I had pesistent sneezing due to ragweed allergy, an allergist recommended a nasal spray, which I used through the summer: after that sneezing never troubled me. As the years have passed I have been able to do without the spray.

yeah - definitely sound slike an allergy - may be something environmental - flowers/dust/animals? Has anything changed in your life recently? Keep a diary of when you get the strongest attacks. For the nose - I suggets a nasal spray in the mean time before you find out what is causing it.

it could be an allergy or even the heating being turned on, it can cause dry skin and hair so can also affect the throat.

concerning the allergy, try to remember if you have been using anything new, that doesnt necessarily mean a new product, but have you opened a new bottle/box/container of your usual product, they could have changed the ingredients used without you realising.

If you track it down to being your heating then try and humidify the rooms.

you can get humidifiers quite cheaply

I was just about to ask the same question. It's driving me mad. Perhaps it's something to do with the use of central heating at this time of year after it's been off for the summer. Could be rising dust?
