I have spysweeper on my computer. I cannot click on any function in the program when opened. I cannot close it either. I do ctrl+alt+delete to close it and I get an error message of "This program cannot close because it is locked by the system". I do not know how it got locked? I am sure it is probably something easy to correct, I just do not know how or where to start.

It sounds like something has become corrupted within the SpySweeper software itself or possibly within all the Windows info, such as the registry, etc.
If you have the software on disk, or saved to your hard drive as a file, I would recommend uninstalling SpySweeper and then reinstalling it again.
If you don't happen to have the software, and you have a "valid" copy of SpySweeper, contact their user support and I'm sure they will allow you to download the software.
