You can still have a urinary tract infection if your urine is clear. Drink lots and lots of water. It may well not be a UTI though! Take some paracetamol. Stick to clear fluids all day. It could be a stomach bug of some kind! Did you eat anything dodgy yesterday? Or drink too much? If it gets unbearable throughout the day, phone NHS Direct.

It may be a virus! I had it and my stomach was killing me! I went to the doctor 3 times before I felt better! I thought I had a kidney infection because that's what it felt like BUT the doctors ran test, took blood, and did x-rays and everything was normal SO..... They said it was a virus and it would have to wear off. He (the doctor) gave me a prescription for stomach cramps and in about a day or two I felt better!
Get your butt do the doctor so you can feel better! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! O, and don't eat anything heavy in grease or spice because I promise you, you will feel like someone is fighting a war in your stomach: stick with clear liquids and saltine crackers
I hope you feel better!

There is a really horrible bug going around at the moment. It does cause tummy ache and it,s not very pleasant. You also get back ache too i,ve had it over a week now. If it,s worrying you though i,d go get checked out.

GO SEE A DOCTOR!!! What is wrong with you people here? Pain is a red flag which says something "might" be wrong. Why are you wasting time and energy asking non-professionals to analyze your problem. If you are sexually active I would want to know what is wrong to make sure I am sexually healthy and remain so. Infections can lead to becoming sterile. GO!!
