How many christians in here believe that all gay people are going to hell? Now for the people that say they are how strongly do you believe in the bible? Are you just someone who follows the parts of the bible you like or do you follow the whole thing? For instance, did you wait until marriage to lose your virginity? Or did you give that up, yet still choose to say homosexuals are going to hell?
On a different angle of the question...if homosexuals are going to hell, do you hate homosexuals? Or do you befriend homosexuals yet still believe htey're going to hell? I'm just asking for honest opinions. O and one last thing. When i say christian i dont have a a definition, The people reading this can define themselves as christians on their own.

I used to think I was a Christian until I understood that they believe Jesus is God.

I believe Jesus is a man, and God made him both Lord and Christ. I am a follower of Jesus of Nazereth.

I believe we are ALL sinners and fallen short of the glory of God and need forgiveness.

I believe that homosexuality, not homosexuals, is evil and leads to a life of confusion and pain. It is the result of the fall of man, as are all other diseases, birth defects, death and sufferings in this world.

Any homosexual who repents and makes Jesus his Lord will inherit eternal life. Any who do not, like any other sinner, will face judgement from God.

God is a righteous judge, and they will recieve whatever God says is just.

I have no opinion whether homosexuality is good or bad. But i do think that gays should not be treated the way they do by closed minded people. They are human beings with feelings. As far as my beliefs, i do believe in God but frankly i do get confused on this issue. Some Christians support Bush, who is a liar & destroyed Iraq & caused the death of soldiers for no reason but fight against gay rights & for them to get married. What's worst, gays marrying or murder? Does the Bible say that one is worst than the other? The santity of marriage has been destroyed for years now. I dont think a gay couple will make it any worst.

I am a Muslim, and Islam doesn't allow that horrible act. Fortunately, I never heard of any Muslim homosexual. So I am happy about it.

God only knows who is going to Hell, but homosexuality is a major sin which must have to be repented and stopped.

I never want to befriend with any homosexuals, not only because religious viewpoint, but also I saw most people make fun of that kind of people. People generally relate an "inferior and unpleasant' thing with the word "gay". It's not me, I see mostly Christians around me do so. Like, "Stop the damn song!! It sounds soo gay!!" or, "What a gay speech!!". In my community, if someone dresses up like a gay, he is beaten up by black people. (of course not Muslims). So, in order to avoid all those stuff, I never want to be a friend of them.

I am a Christian here, and I know that none of us here can honestly say a homosexual will go to hell, only Jesus can decide that, but I do believe strongly practicing homosexuality is wrong. But I wouldn't go outside and start protesting against them, and spitting on them, and treating them like dirt. Of course that wouldn't be the way Jesus taught us how to treat eachother.

The Bible says all overt sexuality outside of marriage is wrong. It has nothing to say about orientation as being wrong.

It is possible God predestines some people to be homosexuals, if so who are we to question the reasons.

Those who do rampant, indicrimant sexuality outside of marriage, hetero or homo, are in definace of just about every religion there is, except for Paganism and Satanism.

Not good or bad - just IS. People don't choose their sexual orientation - it's part of who they are, like how tall they are.

The way to keep homosexuals from having sex outside marriage is to let them get married. Why is that so hard to understand?

I do not hate homosexuals. I think they are just blinded by satan. I can't tell if they are but the bible says ye must be born again, and if they are not then according to God's word no they will not enter heaven. I have known a few homosexuals and I never treated them badly because of what they are.

I am a Christian and I sin. We all do, but that doesn't excuse me by any means. But murderers will go to Hell as will anyone that doesn't accept Jesus. I hate sin, no matter what it is. I love the people.

What's wrong with it? Even Rev. Ted Haggard is finally showing his true colours now (maybe he will start flying the Rainbow flag). So much for finger-pointing, self-righteous fundies who hide in the closet. At least, the truth about Haggard is "out".

The Bible says that homosexuality is an abomination. My personal belief is that it is a sexual perversion(and an abomination). I can't and won't condemn anyone to Hell. That's not my job. Condemnation is God's area and one should not be presumptuous and usurp God's authority. He also said we are not to judge.
