sleep all day

The best method involves watching what you drink the night before: avoid all the cheap and nasty beer, wines and spirits that are filled with the kind of crap that gives you the most appalling hangovers, and stick to the top end stuff.

Then when you wake up the next day (still drunk from your night of drinking quality liquor) get up, shower, dress, eat breakfast and get some coffee. By the time you sober up and the hangover kicks in, you will feel a thousand times better for having got all this out of the way!

Yeah yeah most people will say "don't drink" but let's face it, it happens and you sometimes can't just stay in bed. I have a 3 year old daughter and have to be up for her after a night out. I usually make sure I take all my make up off before bed because it makes you feel better in the morning. I also eat some toast when I get in and brush my teeth after. Once I get up I have a glass of water with Alka Seltzer XS in it. Resolve is almost the same but not as good. I then have a shower and wash my hair and make sure I put on nice clothes and do my make-up. If I just slob around it makes me feel worse. I then put on a smile and carry on with the day - well at least until I can catnap in the afternoon.

Can I just point out that it might be dangerous to eat raw eggs as they may contain salmonella.

For me, take two Tylenol at the end of the night and (if you think you can keep it down) eat some pizza. In the morning, if you don't have to work, RELAX! If you do a lot of running around (cleaning, errands, etc.) you might get light-headed and queezy. Just sit down, put your feet up, and drink some 7-Up...SLOWLY! Try eating a few soda crackers at first, just to get something in your stomache. After that, try (again) some pizza, or maybe some mac & cheese. I don't know about the rest of the world, but pizza is like my "hangover cure-all"! It helps everytime! Hope this was somewhat useful to ya!

Most people don't know this but if you mix your drinks with sugarred beverages (cola, juices, etc.) you are much more likely to be hung-over. Rehydrating yourself before you go to sleep will help alot too, drink lots of water. The final option of course is to not over do it in the first place.

Obviously not drinking so much in the first place would be uesful. But if you must then also drink a pint of water before you go to bed. And then another one when you wake up. Helps me.

Eat something nice and greasy afte you drink, and then before you go to bed force yourself to drink a HUGE glass of water, and take 2-4 aspirin, Tylenol or whatever. Works for me every time.
