I went to the restroom, and sorry if this is disturbing to anyone, lately when I go "number two" I bleed. Like, a little blood is in the toilet and when I "wipe" it's bloody. But after a "wipe" like a third time it's not. What could this be? It's not my period.

Sounds like Hemorrhoids to me, get some Preparation H, and drink more water and stop straining when you go. The water will provide your intestines with the moisture you need to loosen things up make them flow smoother, the straining only ruptures the blood vessels in the rectum/anus area and in conjunction with the dry stools causes the bleeding. Preparation H will reduce the swelling in the blood vessels, as well as provide you with the lubrication that you need.

I would go see the doctor and I'll bet they check you for colon cancer. That is one of the first symptoms. Don't wait! It can be treated, but if you ignore the problem it can spread quickly and become fatal. I know this from first hand experience with a loved one. Go to the doctor asap.

Not to be scaring you but you need to see a doctor. There are no hard lumps around your anus area it could be something serious. You need to see a doctor as soon as possible. It could be little bumbs that have explode. If it happens alot. it could be something cancerous. i have had a friend who caught it early and is fine.
Good luck. and remember it could be something really simple as well
