I hope it wakes him up to see that any "comprehensive" plan is impossible to enforce because they are constantly going to try and find some way to show they are exempt....even if it means using their children as pawns. Even abiding by the rules that the Senate wanted to pass, with the "path to citizenship", she would not have been allowed to stay here. She was already deported, had here stay extended. She's failed at every legal move since. Even with chances and reprieves she LOST....but still won't abide by the law. She's 1 and you can imagine all the chaos when they all try their shot at it. As far as I'm concerned she proved there is no way but strict enforcement to get these people out of here. They just don't think they have the responsibility to abide by ANY law. "For the sake of the children" burned out a long time ago. To me this is the same as some thug holding his child as a shield from bullets. She looking out for HER best interest. They make it sound like their children will be taken away from them. Some even go so far to say the kid couldn't make it in Mexico because they don't know Spanish and it would be stressful to assimilate. They haven't assimilated here and don't seem to know English either. All their "excuses" don't work. They made the choices and any problems for their kids are THEIR fault not ours. The kids are free to go with them. If not, then sign them over to a legal guardian. Otherwise they can come back when they are of legal age and hopefully learn from their parents mistakes. They need to learn that having children doesn't make them exempt from having to abide by the law.

In 1994, California paid for 74,987 deliveries to illegal alien mothers, at a total cost of $215.2 million (an average of $2,842 per delivery). Illegal alien mothers accounted for 36 percent of all Medi-Cal funded births in California that year.
Repeal the 14th Amendment before we are even more over burdened and over taxed.

Anchor babies are American citizens and as such are entitled to government benefits. He will have to decide if he wants to break up families by deporting the parents and leaving the citizen children here or send the children back with their parents, to a place they've never been to what might be poor living conditions. Again, we're talking about American citizens.

Irregardless of what happens in this immigration issue. These natural born citizens these anchor babies will claim their rightful places in our society in due time.....I just hope that when they do they have mercy on the oppressors of their fathers.

The 14th amendment to the Constitution was NEVER meant to include illegal aliens. A proper interpretation of the language specifically excludes them.
The 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution reads in part:
"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and the State wherein they reside."
The correct interpretation of the 14th Amendment is that an illegal alien mother is subject to the jurisdiction of her native country, as is her baby.
In 1866, Senator Jacob Howard clearly spelled out the intent of the 14th Amendment by writing:
"Every person born within the limits of the United States, and subject to their jurisdiction, is by virtue of natural law and national law a citizen of the United States. This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons. It settles the great question of citizenship and removes all doubt as to what persons are or are not citizens of the United States. This has long been a great desideratum in the jurisprudence and legislation of this country."

In my opinion, the illegal aliens babies have nothing to do with Bush's decision.
He Works for Big Business and only Big Business!
Big Business wants war, we have war!
Big Business wants cheap labor, we have cheap labor!
Now just think, What if, it was an American (he/she) in that Church that refused to pay child support? Or worse yet, refused to pay thier TAXES!
How long would it take law enforcement to bust the door down and apprehend them?

relies upon on the guy. that's their mothers and dads that broke the regulation. i'm slightly suspect that he won't have come from the main suitable environment. yet as long as he's a sturdy individual who understand as President, that's his activity to enforce THE regulation, i'm effective.

i think it's a crock, i hope enough legal American citizens speak up and tell them "we are tired of it"! the anchor babies shouldn't even have a vote!! as for alvira, she should be removed and deported indefinitely!!
