If you have access to it, pure oxygen helps alot!! (just ask any old fighter pilot), otherwise coffee and starchy foods. STAY AWAY FROM THE TYLENOL as mentioned above, Tylenol and alcohol can do damage to your liver.... and you already did enough of that last night. Next time, drink lots of water before you go to bed. The alcohol dries up your stomach lining and that's what makes you sick.

I work in construction and was raised on working through hangovers.
I've always found an ice lolly works cracking, a couple of cans of coke until you can get some bacon into you at breakfast time.
I try to avoid tablets as you get the old multiplied hangover effect later in the day.

I've had to go to work with a hangover.. Gatorade drink it all day helps replenish what you lost. Also anything to fill your stomach breads, pretzels, etc. Some people swear by greasy food.. that can make you feel worse. Just keep snacking and drinking all day. If you need to keep taking breaks walk around splash cold water.. good luck! When you get home drink water and go to bed.

LOL skull 8 glasses of water before you go to bed i guarantee youll wake up feeling fine.. Make sure you get plenty of sleep though a hangover can often be confused with alcohol + lack of sleep =)

There are a few ways to deal with a hung-over work day. You can call in sick, but I am sure that if you are a party-er worth anything you are probably out of sick days anyway. Better yet, you should quit your job, frankly you are probably going to get fired for being a raging drunk anyway.
So, my advice to you is keep riding that buzz until you can't ride it no more. There are other jobs out there, but a buzz is a terrible thing to lose.

A multivitamin, BC aspirin powder, and a bottle of Gatorade will take care of all the symptoms....as well as causes of the symtoms. You will feel like dancing by the first coffee break.
