I'm 28 in a relationship with a man that doesn't have time for me. He use to be a truck driver and I saw that he had more potential than that. So I did what any other girlfriend would do...I pushed him to his potential. Now he's a manager of a big trucking company and doesn't have time for me. He comes home very late every night and when he gets home, wants nothing to do with me or he gets upset with me very easliy. The only real time we have together is whenever he wants sex. I fear that we're growing apart and he's seeing someone else like he did once earlier in our relationship. I don;t want to lose another good relationship, and don;t really know what to do. Am I over reacting? And I don't want to become a paranoid girlfriend. What should I do?

I would say you realy need to think about what you want in a relationship. You never mentioned anything about your own potential. You don't want to lose another good relationship? It's doesn'e sound like it's that great at the moment. It doesn't feel very good to be cast aside, to feel taken for granted. What ever happens, i would advise you to reach YOUR potential! You could try to talk to him about it, but it sounds like he is a bit unapproachable from your note. Maybe you could write him a letter about what you feel is happening, tell him what you want in a relationship, let him deciede if he's is willing to put forth the effort to have a healthy loving relationship.

The best way to solve a relationship problem is by communicating with the other person. Talk to him. Work this problem out. Be sure to pick the right time, don't choose the time when he's tired.

And you're not over reacting. You are feeling insecure. I wish you the best of luck.

He was seeing someone else earlier in your relationship? WHAT? He doesn't love you . NEVER will no matter what he says. Time for you to be alone until you love yourself first. Then the right men will come into your life.
