Is your girlfriend being seduced by your boss? If she isn't, don't worry. If she is, I think you need to get out of the relationship. Because that means she's either a) a lesbian herself or b) so insecure she needs attention from anyone.
Have you tried talking to your girlfriend about it?

well you can ask your girlfriend not to pass by you at work to start withg.
Find yourself another job in the meanwhile, you'll always have this problem with this boss.
or report her to a higher authority and have her loose her job

If your girlfriend loves you, then she won't be swayed by your boss. If she goes for the boss, then good riddance to be honest.

I would talk to my girlfirend. A real heart to heart. It's her choice. Life is filled with choices and different roads to take.
Allow her to decide. I am single, and I wouldn't want anyone who didn't want me. Life moves forward.
