No to both those questions. Lets examine both one at a time.

Is ever covered woman Muslim?

No you have your obvious women who are covered and not Muslim the nuns. Then you have some women who follow what the Bible says and they also cover. Then you have others who are not Muslim but understand and agree with why we cover and observe the hijab. Here in Egypt many non Muslim women wear it, and no they are not forced.

is every Muslim woman covered?

No sadly many many Muslim women do not wear hijab. Some even say it is not Fard subhanAllah!! Or you have some who wear the hijab with tight or see though cloths. But that was foretold by the Prophet(peace be upon him) when he said that it will come to a time when women will be clothed but naked. That is not the whole hadeeth, but you get the point.

Many women round the world cover there heads with a scarf and are not Muslims, some Jewish women, catholic nuns, Russian women ( mostly tradition in rural areas ) orthodox women for over 2000 years. And there are loads of Muslim women who dont cover there heads. I was recently in Tunisia a Muslim country and more women where not wearing it than where. Muslim women wear it by choice, there is no one forcing me.

Why's it always "Muslims"?

Nobody gives a damn if you Muslims want to cover up or not.

It's your life.

The only concern is that you need to show your faces at the ATMs , Shopping Malls, Banks and places where we have Security Cameras.

And nobody is stopping you from remaining outside these places if you don't want to conform.

In fact if you guys are so uncomfortable here, nobody is forcing you to stay either.

Please don't blame us for your problems.

You make them.

PS,

A news flash for Ahmad, the guys who bashed the Muslim women for not "covering", incidentally, were irate Muslim Youths; not "Westerns".
