Never mind pills just eat lots of bran (bran flakes etc)
The bran swells inside your stomach and keeps you full for longer, (keeps you regular too) other than that apart from fags, I would suggest will power but dont starve your self of the food you love just eat less of it.
My rules are eat when im hungry, and stop eating when im full (no matter how good it tastes stop eating it if you feel full),

They are all bad for you and when you come off them you eat like never before and pile weight back on (plus more!). Stick to a balanced diet and exercize, thereis no easy solution to losig weight, and more importantly, keeping it off.

Just eat jelly -no points i think, weight watchers. Also do exercise, saw recent research where they say its practically imposible to lose weight without exercise.
