Always have vegetables on side. Saute a big bag involving frozen mixed vegetables in essential olive oil and garlic. Add some red pepper or maybe turmeric for additional flavor and also separate into portion-sized containers for the fridge.

stop....dont take those....they mite slim u but actually doesnt burn ur fat....it burns ur muscle and body water......U can rely on me caz i m a doctor........
