If he's a part-time photographer, I can understand why he doesn't take credit cards. All the answers above mine are good. Cash advance is the first thing I thought of. If that's not possible, you may have received a monetary gift as a wedding gift that you can use. Ask him if he'll take gift cards you may have received. You may have to borrow the money to work out a payment plan with him where you don't receive your photos until you have paid in full. Keep in contact with him. You owe him for his work. If you don't pay, he can take you to court.

My husband is a photographer, and on the few occasions he takes any semi-nude photos at a customer's request, he always has others there--like the subject's spouse. This is just to protect both of them and so nobody can allege anything funny happened during the shoot. His friend also does pregnancy photos where the women are at least partially nude--he always has his wife there, at minimum, for the same reason. I never heard of boudoir photos, but I have very often seen pix of the bride getting ready beforehand. They're innocent, IMO. As far as anything racier, I don't know how I'd personally feel about that.

If he is really in business he should accept credit cards. What recourse will you have if anything goes wrong with the photos, like he never delivers them. I'm sure everything will be fine. Get a cash advance from the card. Learn to ask first.

Fire him, have you freind take pictures with there home carera, most people look at the pic's buy there freinds more any way
I was never one for the pose pictures any way
screw what every one else does. and it would be nice to know that you have some extra money that you dont have to pay back after wards
people spend way too much on there wedding, just make sure people eat, and the bar is open

Take the cash out of your credit card account using your card and pin number at a cashpoint. They do charge up to 10% for this or (more or less- depending on the card) but it is one way.
Explain it to them and offer to pay by instalments perhaps.
