Always feed the veggies first, then move on to fruit or a main course. try roasting small pieces of veggies and let her pick them up and eat them herself, she is a big girl! Or you can be sneaky and add veggies in a casserole dish to hide them.

Hi there! My son is almost 14 months old. He's not all that picky when he feels like eating (which isn't all the time). He would sometimes rather just have a snack than a meal.

He really getting into textures. He's loving stews and soups. I made homemade vegetable beef barley soup last week. He just inhaled it! He couldn't get enough. The nice thing with soups and stews is you can throw in anything. Even food he/she won't touch on their own. My son loves yogurt and MiniGo (soft cheese with fruit). The bacterial cultures are really good for kids. His favorite snack these days is banana and graham crackers.

If you are still concerned she's not getting enough nutrition, there is a toddler drink you can give her. It contains 23 vitamins and minerals and is high in calcium and iron. I have included a website on the Enfagrow Toddler, so you can read more about it. Good luck to you and your daughter. Keep trying new foods. She's bound to like something!!

Only offer healthy foods. For breakfast my daughter is offered a piece of bread or waffle, or pancake. She is also offered a pear or bananna or peach. She is only offered milk to drink

For lunch she is only offered milk to drink. She is offered a piece of pita bread or tortilla bread. She is also offered a tomato, or green beans or peas, or asparagus, or carrots. She is also offered some kind of meat.

For dinner she is offered 100% juice. With a veggie, a fruit, cheese, and a meat.

Sometimes she'll have a crummy day of eating, where she won't eat too much. That's fine because the next day she's sure to be really hungry. If she eats plenty of veggies and fruits in one day then in the evening she is offered a small piece of candy or some ice cream, or pie or cake.

Hi, both of my kids were really picky eaters the one thing I could always get them to eat was any kind of pasta, spaghetti, fettuccini alfredo, and scrambled eggs with cheese melted in it. Just make sure you cut up the pasta so they can use a spoon and eat it themself, that was my son's problem he wanted to feed himself rather than have us feed him. Another good breakfeast is mini pancakes and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar in it and let them dip it in the syrup. Hope this helps

It's hard to say without knowing the child. Companies are making healthier choices available, like Kraft Macaroni and cheese plus, whole grain waffles, fruit, if they don't care for fresh you can buy canned just make sure it is packed in fruit juice and not syrup.

My son loves sweet potato's and applesauce together with little pieces of chicken. When I started making all his food he began eating better, I think the baby food might be very bland from being processed so much.

Try giving different soups like tomato, vegetable, spinach. The children loves the soups to be a little salty. Make sure the soup is complete liquid without any solids

Amongst fruit juice u can give grapes, oranges. add salt, if u have black salt, just a small pich of (powdered) salt.

My daughter shocked me and loved guacamole. Homemade with the garlic, tomatoes and onions mm-mm. She ate it up, straight from the spoon. And you know, avocados are the most nutritious fruit available!
