If you are illegal you have no rights in the country you are in illegally.Try being illegal in Mexico and demanding your rights. That's laughable, because you have none. The fuzzy thinking on this subject amazes me,it seems its OK to commit an illegal act only if you are a certain birth right. It seems the only language considered bi lingual is Spanish/English What of all the other illegal aliens here in this nation, why not one of their languages?Don't you see the outright bias in this.I certainly do.The American Bill Of Rights is just that for Americans not illegals from any nation. When will the federal judges,Supreme Court and this government stop pandering to the illegal aliens and start standing up for the legal Americans they swore to protect. This would never happen in any other country but PC/USA.It has to end.The ACLU is anti American .
That plaque/poem was added long after
the Statue of Liberty
was given to the US.The symbol of Lady Liberty was about France`s hope that the light of democracy would shine all over the world and had NOTHING to do with immigration of any kind.

because illegals are human and they protect the rights of everyone.I mean comeon what other group would defend illegal immigrants and rush limbaugh.besides why is it that you just hear people complaining about the ACLU when they are defending illegal immigrants and not when they are defending others?selective reading seems to go a long way.

"Give us your poor, your tired, your huddled masses longing to be free....." I don't have a problem with immigrants at all. The United States was built on immigration,... we all originated somewhere else, and its too convenient for many Americans to forget that.
The defense of illegal immigrants, who are hard working people just looking for a chance to better themselves, is NOT the problem. Where the ACLU crosses the line is in the defense of terror suspects, criminals, child molestors, and anyone else they can exploit in order to further their agenda. They've lost sight of their original purpose, and instead of being an organization created to defend the civil liberties of the average person, they choose their clients based on how much notoriety, political power, media exposure, and money they can gain from it. They seem to be intent on further dividing the various cultural groups of America, instead of uniting us.

AT ONE TIME THE ACLU SERVED A HIGHER PURPOSE! NOW THEY ARE OVERBOARD WITH STEALING MONEY FROM US! THEY USE INTERNS AND COLLEGE STUDENTS TO DO THERE LEG WORK FOR FREE AND THEN TURN AROUND AND CHARGE THE GOVERNMENT 500.00 A HOUR AND AS HIGH AS 1500.00 A HOUR AND NEVER OPEN A LAW BOOK! THERE IS A CLAUS THAT ALLOWS THEM TO BACK BILL FOR THERE SERVICES TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT! THAT IS ME AND YOU! NICE TO KNOW WE ARE FIGHTING FOR PEDOPHILES HUH?

Because they promote and support illegal behavior. They want to see their "people" get over on US citizens. They are jerks.
