Me and my mate used to get his toy poodle pissed all the time, dog just loved JD, loved it, he would drink beer too, but not like the hard stuff, must have been an alcoholic in a previous life, anyway he lived to 18 years, so I don't think it's that bad, mind you 4 tins a day might get a little expensive after a while.

Absolutely!! He'll be fit as a butchers dog. But hey every now and then don't forget to give him a boost by letting him have a whiskey chaser!!

Maybe it is too many units in a week, suggest you let him have one alcohol free day a week.

I wouldn't [personally give that to my dogs. Way to many health issues associated with alcoholic humans, I gotta think it isn't any better for dogs.

as long as you get him a kebab to soak up the alcohol he should be fine ,
my little boy (granted he is not a dog) especially likes a couple of malt whiskies when he comes home from nursery( he is 4) he says it "chills him out"

yes I'm a dalmatian and get through at least 2 bottles of whiskey a week.
Remember everything in moderation is fine for a dog.
