The Bible is better. I holds the total truth. The Internet does hold some truth and then some that isn't.
The Bible teaches the way to salvation, not the Internet.

It depends on what you want to do:
For information Internet is better
For connecting to people Internet wins also
For ideas exchange only Internet
For getting answers for any question definitely Internet
But for hitting a burglar at night in his head bible is much better
Also for pressing flowers, bible is much-much preferable
