For the past few weeks i have been feeling unwell my symptoms are lightheadedness , occasionally nausea, I think i have piles as there is alot of blood in my stools occasionally and my legs feel restless. Over these few weeks i have changed my diet dramatically eating less, and have noticed im not drinking enough water also have had some stress ? Is it just my change in diet or something more serious ? I dont want to waste the doctors time if its not serious , thanks.

Go to the Doctor, NOW - have a blood test - it is called a CBC (complete blood count) & get a culture & sensitivity of your stool - you will need to collect this in a "serile" container that your doctor will give to you - or the lab will - don't hesitate - I do not want to stress you out but the symptoms that your are expressing in this question - ARE Serious - See you Doctor Immediately!

Nutrition is everything for your well being. You need water and lots of it, you need nutrition. The piles concern me, I am not one who trusts doctors, but that is something in its self you should go to them for.
For years I felt like crap and although I ate fairly normally it took alot of time and research and going to doctors (that was useless for me) to find that it was allergies and lack of the proper nutrients.
I walked into a health store on the blind hoping to find any vitamin that might help, I swear this man saved my health. There is a organic multi vitamin called Life Essence that I have been taking for 2 1/2 years and have not felt sick since. (sick enough to go to the doctor that is) I still get bugs every so often but feel ok enough to function. It is rather expensive, I have found it cheapest on iherb.com (and I feel a tad guilty but that health store was charging $20 more a bottle)
Check it out, it is worth a shot...and also, IRON, all women need iron, that is a fact.
Good luck to you

You sound as if you are anemic from blood loss. This could definitely cause dizziness and nausea. You may have a more serious condition (intestinal bleeding) than just piles. See a doctor ASAP.

For gawd's sake, the doctor's time isn't free!
And blood in the stools is a big cause for concern. See a doctor immediately

Sweetie it sounds pretty serious to me, you're obviously not well & should go & see the doctor. I can pretty much guarentee you won't be wasting their time. It could be a combination of all the things you've said here so tell them to your doctor & they'll be able to help you.
