I want a tiffany necklace for birthday present for a long time. How do I "hint" this to my bf?I don't wanna sound too bold but I need to let him know I don't want any other gift except that one.

Go to the shop two or three times with him and show him that you like that one but you don't want to buy it at that moment. If he loves you, he will buy and bring it to you on your birth day.

Don't know when your birthday is, but surely with Christmas coming up it's the perfect opportunity to start talking about what he would like and what you would like? Could he afford the necklace as it's a little unfair to push him too hard if he's not got the money? Is he the kind of guy that will get a hint - or will he have to be told? I'd ask him what he wants - if it's something cheap he may only want to spend a similar amount of money on you. Tread carefully, don't hurt his feelings on this one.

You don't want any other gift but that one? Nice. If you want it that bad, buy it for yourself and be happy with whatever your boyfriend does give you, whether he spends a lot of money on you or not. Never look a gifthorse in the mouth. It's things like this that make all women look selfish and only interested in men for their money. If you really cared about your boyfriend you'd be delighted with anything he got you.
