A female will occasionally have something called a "split heat". She comes into season, then goes out, then comes back in again. So yes, it is possible that she is pregnant.

Yes, it is possible for your dog to get pregnant. The chances are not 100% though. I would highly recommend that you get your dog spayed before she does have any(more) unwanted litters.

And a note to Joey K: Obviously, you do not know anything about breeding dogs or how a dog can mate so you have no right answering this question. The question made perfect sense to me.

yes im afraid so . She can have a litter of puppies and there is a good chance she will. Talk to your vet about it. They dont have to be in heat to mate and get pregent. If you dog has puppies try no to freak out. It will not change her personality. Keep the puppies, take them to a non-kill shelter or pet store, put an ad in the paper, or give them to friends and family. Rember your dog is your dog so dont get rid of her for that! It was not her fault!

I HAVE heard of this though its very very rare (usually your girl would attempt to neuter the hopefull cassnovia if she is not in heat). IF she truly is not in heat she will not get pregnant.

What you saw was one dog showing dominance over another dog, it's a territory thing.
I don't think your dog will get pregnant if not in heat.
I suggest calling your vet and taking her in for an examination.
Hope this helps and Good luck.
