1. God did not command Noah to take 2 of EACH kind of animal. Noah was commanded to take 1 male and 1 female of each unclean kind of animal, and 7 males/7 females of each clean kind of animal. See Genesis 7:2-3.
2. Because God wished to continue the animal life He'd already created.
3. Why not? Asexual reproduction was not a factor in God's decision.
Peace.

Question # 1, The point is to reproduce after the flood, & also God told Noah to bring male & female By 2, one male & one female of the unclean animals But of the clean animals he was to bring 7 Pairs of each kind, why 7, to offer up sacrifices up to God & if he did not have 7 pairs but only one pair then that breed could not reproduce if noah offer one up as a sacrifice, Question 2 If God did what you ask, Then after the Flood Noah could not offer up a sacrifice, right after the flood. & God is not lazy # 3 The answer I gave you & number 1 is a repeat of this same question as # 1You also ask about being extinct, There was no Dinosaurs between Adam time & noah time, All Prehistoric animals was way before Adam &as far as a animal becoming extinct, In the Millennium God will have Every kind of animals he will want there, God will not be short of any kind of animals he will want.

1 & 2) To teach US that animals are worth saving.
3) You need to reread it. He didn't have 2 of each kind. Some animals were unnecessary, such as marine life and micro organisms. Some he was to bring more than 2 aboard. We are givien a summary, not an extensive list. Noah was probably given an extensive list. Since most animals are male and female, and that is what we typically think of when we think of reproduction, that is what is recorded. To criticize a story in the Bible that is a page long because in order to answer every one of your questions it would need to be as long as the Bible is not a fair criticism.

I'm sorry that I don't have any answers for you, but I do have some additional questions:
4. Why were only animals saved? No mention is made of insects or life forms that cannot be seen such as amoebas, bacteria, etc.yet these would be just as vulnerable to a 40 day flood as the mammals and birds referenced.
5. Why was the flood 40 days? Five days of total flooding would produce just as severe a wipeout of land-based and earth-dependent creatures as 40 days. Why waste so much time and water?
6. Why were more than 2 humans saved? The story begins to fall apart, as foodstuffs and drinking water for several people for the years after the 40 days seriously restricts the amount of space available for any other purpose, including that of saving animals and their respective food requirements.
The whole thing makes no sense to a ten year old, imo, as the amount of space required for a voyage of over a year for all the food and supplies to support, say, two elephants could easily use up a great deal of space.

1. If your reasoning is right, we should kill every tiger left remaining today, since trying to save them is pointless since they will probably go extinct some years from now.
2. God wasn't lazy. God was testing Noah's faith. If God had told Noah to build a boat big enough for his family, Noah wouldn't even have had to think twice...
3. Maybe if 1 of them dies after the flood? I guess I can ask God that someday.

You need "spiritual eyes" to read the Bible. A man without the Holy Spirit cannot interpret the Bible as he does not have the ability to interpret it. I pray that your spiritual eyes will be opened by the Lord Jesus Christ. Also it takes faith to believe - evidence of things not seen, but things hoped for. Blessings.

in response to Q #3, asexuall animals still need another asexuall to reproduce. earthworms are asexuall and posess both organs to reproduce but need another worm to perform the process. the answer to the other Q's above have been answered correctly too.

If you look at the beauty and sheer diversity of the animals created I hardly think you can call God lazy.

Thats why the story in the bible is fake....and even how large the Ark was supposedly I couldn't possibly fit every single species of animal on the planet....not to mention that the Flood story is also present in many different cultures with different heros and different people.
