Hi! I own a dress shop with a rather large window display. I am planning to put up a window display soon with a theme: Strong Gusts of Wind Blowing the Dress on Woman. The woman here, of course, is my beloved mannequin, Constance...; and her soft, light dress gets windblown. And I want the folds of the windblown dress in suspended animation, like it's a photo.....the action or the movement captured, just like in a photograph.....but this one is a window display. Tell me, what chemicals should I apply on the dress to give it that "being-blown-by-the-wind" look? And, how to make that effect last long, like......for a month?

Fishing line or very fine thread to match the background of the display could also be tied to pull the dress in a windblown manner.
