Its more than likely a fungus infection. Get your (ahem) mate to go to the doctors and get it checked out! Treatment is easy, keep the area clean and apply an anti fungal cream a couple of times a day, but oif course you (Ooops, ahem, your friend) needs an in person diagnosis from a preofessional.

first of all im a girly, and not sure what u mean by the crease, i do know that if i wear a pair of nylon nickers that are a bit tight I get chapped which can be quite sore, but best for you (or your mate!) to go to the docs for a quick check up! If it was an STD i think it may be on the end of his/your willy, so i wouldn't be too worried, antibiotics will shift it in a week or so, and DO IT TODAY! you dont want any of that MRSA do you!!!!

It might not be an std if its on your *mates* leg, you've probably just got a skin infection. Best to go & get it checked out by the doctor or nurse incase it starts to spread.

Sounds like what they call jock Itch. It's fungal and you can use believe it or not athlete's foot powder or cream like lotramen. I used it on my sons diaper rash that is the same infection and it cleared it up in 3 days. I would also see a doctor just to make sure. Better safe than sorry.

Sounds like some kind of infection. Tell your, ahem, mate to go see the doctor - pronto. And tell him not to be shy - they've seen a lot, lot worse.

Sounds like fungal infection, like thrush that women get, try using Canestan cream from chemist or Tesco. This fungus breeds in warm damp areas hence "ladies" prone to it. Can also affect crease under large breasts.

Well, I think every body's got the message that you and your "mate" are one and the same person, but all you've got is a bit of a sweat rash which you've scratched and let a germ in, so now you've got something else. Ask your pharmacist for something (get him to one side first!) or failing that go and see your Doctor. I don't think it's necessary to go to the STD clinic, but if you've got one near to you or your work, pop in and they'll sort it for you. Good luck with it - and please stop this "my mate" rubbish - nobody believes you!

It sounds like your, ahem, mate has got an infection or something. He should get his butt down to see his doctor.
It might be nothing but it's best to get it checked out.
