This reminds of the time I was in Dublin and asked a policeman how to get to a local museum. He said "If I was you sir, I wouldn't start from here". I've heard of the long arm of the law, but how are yours going to stretch all the way to Africa from Ireland. Or is the house going to stretch the distance. Or is it your intention to have people in two places at once, Africa and Ireland. you don't need contact numbers you need a magician or a miracle. If the houses are in Africa use local labour, it's cheap. You co-ordinate from Ireland. Ask the embassy of the donor country for volunteer contacts in that country who know about building. So I would phone an embassy first, you'll have to do that eventually anyway. Good luck and may the luck of the Irish be with you. I think you'll need it.
