You burn more when it is hot weather. You drink more liquids, in greater volume, and sweat more releasing calories though the body's system. (if you are exercising in a heated gym or area several than it's about the same.)
You also use more salt in the hotter weather and salt also helps th ebody to burn calaries as it's leaves the body though the skin.
Sweating is the best was to cleanse the body and remove fat calaries and that is best done though exercist, lots of liquids(water is #`1,fruit juices #2 gatorade, soft drinks or any drink with caffine or alcohol do more harm than good.

you burn more calories when its warm as you sweat more..but iethir warm or cold you can burn off calories as its your in take of food that gives you calories,,,,[ got to wacth your in take for the day... ]

depends on how much exercise you get
in cold weather most people are more sedentary so they tend to eat more and burn less
