First of all, let me say that I believe in life after death and reincarnation, and if you do not, then there is no need to answer this question! A medium once said that miscarried babies live on and grow in spirit.... this has led me to ask this question...do aborted fetuses live in spirit? Will lots of women be confronted by aborted children once they pass over? And can these children be born by the same mother who aborted them with a later full-term pregnancy?

A fetus with an undeveloped nervous systems should not to be confused with a baby and a huge number abort naturally, it's probably part of natures sorting system.
The idea of angry or vengeful fetuses confronting a mother seems hardly less silly than angry sperms confronting a man who wasted them masturbating.
Late abortions, either natural or induced can be very traumatic for the woman involved and most people would agree to call this a baby and I guess it all depends on the mothers belief and the situation surrounding it.

As soon as the unborn's heart beats for the first time, it is a living soul/spirit. just as you are a living soul/spirit. When it is murdered during the abortion, that soul/spirit lives eternally as it was created. It cannot change into something else or become another being just as you cannot. Since the soul/spirit is clearly not at an age of accountability I believe it will spend eternity in heaven.

I believe in life after life so I answered your question. Confronted? No, I think we convict ourselves with the full knowledge of our guilt. I do think they will meet these children. I don't think they are reborn to another pregnancy to the same mother or even another mother. That would make abortion OK and reduce the sacredness of life. My understanding is reincarnationist believe all life is sacred--human, insect or animal.
In view of the second chance of life, don't most people who believe in recarnation believe in a 25 year cycle thing? Most women are not still child-bearing at that age.

No. reincarnation is a false doctrine because it offers no plan o salvation. the souls of aborted and miscarried babies go directly to heaven to be with Jesus.

I don't think aborted children will be confornted by the mom, they will just be spirits that u will know them.

sure i suppose that if that child was truely meant to be that it could and would come back, i think that when you reincarnate that you keep meating the same souls over and over again and that is why you meet people and remain friends for life
and that is why you can find a soul mate who is just for you... because they always have been

teh mother has already demonstrated that she does not want the child..... god would not put the child with that mother again. I personally think the babaies stay in heaven where they are safe from anyone who will try to abort them again.

yes it is possible if that soul doesnot get the proper body till next pregnancy .. but what i had read till know a soul take 2 to 3 seconds to born again
