Whilst at first sounding a banale thing to say, eating more is actually the thing to do.
By taking in mnore calories, you will increase your weight. It takes around 3,500 calories to add an extra pound onto your weight.
By increasing your calorie intake by 500-1000 calories a day, you can gain 1-2 pounds a week... adding weight is faster than losing it!
To increase the rapidity of weight gain, you can reduce the amount of exercise you do. By burning less calories, you will in effect, increase the amount of calories available for your body to turn into extra weight. Exercise will counteract your increased calory intake, so either stay at a similar level of exercise and eat more, or reduce exercising and eat more. You cannot eat more and, with the extra energy you will have, decide to exercise more too.
Eat healthy foods when increasing weight. Foods rich in Carbohydrates are the way to go. Fatty foods are not healthy to increase, and do not actually aid weight gain that much. Moreover, do not be fooled by people who try to sell weird chemicals or vitamin shakes etc. First, you have no idea what half of the stuff in them is, and second, they are going to cost you alot more than an extra kilo of bananas or whatever a week.
When people say the want a fast method of increasing weight, the way to do it is through eatingmore healthy food, not by eating unhealthy foods or odd chemical concoctions.

How old r u? but doesn't matter just do some yogasan which give u flexibilty & smarter look to u. Eat something nutrious veg & fruits. Drink juice & if u r non- vegitarian then eat some thing nonveg in twice a week or consult ur doctor if u got nothing from mail advises.
But I want to know why u increase ur weight If u r so thin?

Do u really want to increase ur weight.If it is, here it is the solution for u.Eat fast food,especially instead of dinner.It will defintely works for u.But believe me friend,more than 90% of the people want to decrease their weight.Becoz increasing weight is easy and decreasing weight is very difficult.So, i would like u don't worry about weight.

if you want to increase your weight for a quick and a certain purpose just eat bananas that will surely cause to increase your weight .but if you are thinking it forever buddy(but i think so!!!!) then eat food that contains too much fat and do not do exercise and just eat and sleep!!!
BUT U WANT TO INCREASE YOUR WEIGHT IMMEDIATELY LY FOR A CERTAIN TIME THAN EAT BANANAS A LOT!!!!!!
