I doubt that a racehorse has ever come out of retirement to race. Horses retire for a reason and racing them again could kill them.

Yahoo has a group that dedicated to ex-race horse owners who have or are working on re-training their OTTB's.
It is Re-trains List or something like that.

ex racehorses depends on the age if it older than 9 shoot it.
