No. If God exist , then He or She must be omnipotent and be creator of everything, then if that premise is right then Who created God anyway? If God was created by a Superior being , then He or She is not omnipotent , then He or She is not God.
If God was not created , then He or She is not exist. If God created Himself or herself , that's a paradox.
Conclude : everything is random, that's all.
