Eat at 2 hourly intervals. Try to avoid high fat foods, they WILL help pile weight on but they wont do your arteries any good at all. Go for high carb foods and plenty of protein. You may just have the sort of high speed metabolism that burns everything off and will just have to be happy with your weight as it is.
I have seen weight gain formulas in health shops but I have no personal experience of they effectiveness.

My father needed to gain weight to enter the fire department. My mother would give him every night before going to bed a quart of half and half accompanied by ice cream and topping. Must have worked, he just retired 5 years ago. Good luck!

I dunno man im in the same boat as you. I'm 21y/o 5'5 and only 47kg. Doesn't it annoy you that there are hundreds of thousands of programs out there to help people loose weight, but hardly any to help you gain weight.
I would suggest talking to your GP about a mild form of Anabolic, my doc was going to put me on them except I have a bad heart and he didn't think I would handle it too well.
Good Luck.

Do regular exercise, eat good food, digest it, work well, sleep soundly and leave the rest to the nature.
