As with the other answers the London Eye is fantastic - but avoid the Acquarium which is really quite poor!
If you can stand being pestered to buy something, Hamley's (world's largest toy store) on Regents Street is fantastic.
The Natural History and Science Museums have lots of interactive things for kids to do - and they are at South Kensington (West London)
Covent Garden often has performers in the main square and is a nice place for a wonder round - it is close to the theatre too.

Avoid the Zoo, very depressing. I took a group of children on a trip recently and they become quite distressed at the condition the animals are kept in. Natural History Museum and London Aquarium are great though. Also the Science Museum has a fun interactive area on the bottom level for kids.

I took my son to see a musical a couple of years back, and to fill up the rest of the day we went on the London Eye, the London aquarium, and to Imax (the 3-d cinema). We had a great time with all 3, but my son enjoyed the aquarium most of all because there is a pool in which you can touch the ray fish! Have a lovely day!

Nice. Well there are quite a lot of interesting museums (many free) in London and lot of the attractions put on special activities for kids. Check out the source. Just depends on what your daughter is into and what close to where u are going. Zoo is always a good bet. I loved the zoo when i young..lol Or could just go sightseeing if the weather is good.

my daughter is also 6 and for some time she asked us if we could go to the london eye. although the queue looked huge it actually moves quite fast. having said that she moaned all the way round, when we got on the wheel about half way she said it was boring. I have to agree from her point of view I could understand what she was saying. After that we went for a walk along the river bank and she loved every minute of it, the street entertainment around there is brilliant and of course the only thing she liked in the end cost us nothing.

simple, go to the aquarium, its by the eye and has huge tanks that go 5 stories down and you can look up at the fish, sharks etc. Go finding nemo and his gang, kids love it (or my lot do anyway) they also feed the sharks twice a week, on a sat/sun at 2ish i think. The walk from the aquarium to the theatre is about 20 minutes along the southbank over waterloo bridge (best views in london) and then you are there

a walk through Hyde park is nice especially on winter days because the squirrels are after food, and can eat out your hand. My son loved this and it was a nice quite time before we went back to Paddington station.
Have a great day out. The lion king is worth every penny- fantastic show. You will both love it.

i'd particularly her come to me with this challenge, then have her shave. Shaving in basic terms will boost the boom contained in the hairs. It like stubble on a mans face. He shaves contained in the morning, and by technique of the evening her already has stubble appearing. Shaving, as you suggested waste time, and contained in the lengthy run is more effective uncomfortable than waxing. i'm hoping that once my daughter is round that age, she will be able to not even problem shaving, because in case you wax from the starting up of your hair eliminating days, the longer it takes for the hair to toughen decrease back. i visit opt for months w/o waxing because i have waxed considering that 14. i think, as a mom that 13 is somewhat youthful for a bikini wax, yet, i does not want my baby to unhappy such as her visual charm, or self wakeful about something. attempt asking your mom are you able to visit a salon and get waxed. Even teach her your submit. i'd enable my daughter get the bikini wax, only for the summer season time, although. Ask your mom are you able to get it achieved for the summer season time so that you'll placed on you swim matches. good luck.
