If you want my opinion, women are dreamers and go after guys that alot of other women also go after! Some girls can be very competitive (no idea if you are) and this can be another attractive aspect of chasing these popular guys. They don't understand that when a guy has a long history with girls, he probably doesn't appreciate any individual relationship as much. He also knows that he can get any girl he wants, so breaking up with a girl to pursue a hotter one isn't as big of a deal to him as it is to the girl.

There are certainly honest men out there, but they may not be the hotshots. This is not to say that these guys are never honest, but think about it this... lets say there are two 28 year old guys, one has been in 15 relationships and one has been in 1 relationship. Having been in 15 means he also got out of 15, and it's statistically likely that he was at fault for at least some of the breakups. It also means he has more experience and perhaps has learned something from the relationships though. The guy who's had 1 relationship was probably in a somewhat solid long relationship, but it had to end for whatever reason, it happens. He has proven to be long-term relationship material, and surely he puts alot more value on that one relationship than the other guy puts on any one of his 15.

Be wary of guys who ooze confidence and move fast... they probably get around... and are looking for pleasure more than an honest, faithful relationship.

Yes their is. Why do all men seem the same? Because you are looking in the wrong area. Not all men are player, heart breakers or dead beat dads, their are some good men around, you just have to look for the one that is right for you. Good Luck.

because your standards are too high. you have this picture of "the perfect man" and when a guy doesn't do what you want, you claim that he's a player or not honest... but it's not just you or other women..men do that too..it's a human thing..we expect our partners to sweep us off our feet.

but eventually, we learn to love people for who they are and not what we want them to be..sometimes it takes weeks, sometimes decades...it depends on how open minded you are.

you just have to give men a chance..they are not all the same. just like us females are not all the same...we both have the need to be loved, we both want to be nurtured, we both want to succeed and to feel good about ourselves..

just because men have *****, doesn't mean they are aliens.

hey, im sorry you feel that way. not all of us are heart breakers infact for me its the opposite. i wear my heart on my sleeve, and the only thing it brings me is heartache. for some guys its easier to shield themselves from getting hurt, a rubbish answer i know. i know im only one guy and i cant speak for everyone but i would spend my whole life searching for that one right person, the one that maes your heart race, that sweeps you off your feet with only a glance. if you can find her, tell her to send me an email. :-)
