Tea is prepared in the traditional English style, by adding different proporations as per the choice of the consumer.
Therefore Tea is at its best when the proporations of tea extract, suger and milk are in accurate quantities as per the likes of the consumer. In english this is taken care by presenting Tea in "tea pots", but we Indians have eqaully popularised tea and prepare it in any number of styles from 5*to way-side,chai-wala,to chai-chai of the trains,or taking dips.
Boil Good packed not very old tea powder in water for about 2-3 minutes with the pot half covered, so that the flavours are not lost, then add hot milk and suger as per choice, serve in a wide mouth mug so that the flavour can be enjoyed, it should be necessarily Hot, and the server should have a very good smile on his/her face while serving.
This will be an Indian Tea receipe when we ask the guests about how they would like the tea to be and make it for them.

That's an easy one.
Indian "chai" is made by throwing in the tea leaves and sugar into the water in the saucepan and then bringing it to parboil. Slowly mix in the milk to the required color at low heat. Increase heat and bring to boil. Serve hot after stirring to ensure that the sugar is mixed in properly!
Cheers
PS,
I almost forgot,
If you'd like to make the "masala chai" pound a clove and some cardamom seeds. Throw in the powder and the cardamom skins at the start parboil and the rest like before.
